West Norriton Township does not regulate Halloween. For residents who choose to participate in Trick-or-Treating this year, the Township asks that residents limit Trick-or-Treating to between 5PM and 8PM on the evening of October 31st and that they follow all CDC guidelines related to Halloween for COVID-19. The standard practice is to keep your front porch light on if you are participating in trick-or-treat activities and to turn your porch light off if you are not.
